PostMany is a social media management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts (including but not limited to X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok) and manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms from a single dashboard.

To use PostMany, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect your social media accounts to PostMany, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf. This includes posting content, scheduling posts, and retrieving analytics. You may disconnect your accounts at any time through your dashboard settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostMany to:

  • Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish throughPostMany. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of PostMany, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostMany is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, scheduling errors, or account suspensions on third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of PostMany after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
